The Recruit, Train and Place Mentor (RTPM) initiative, part of the Internship2Job program, is designed to tackle structural unemployment in the U.S. by focusing on IT graduates. These graduates are identified and recruited to receive intensive, no-cost training in cutting-edge fields such as cybersecurity, AI, machine learning, and cloud computing.
To ensure comprehensive and high-quality training, the program collaborates with multiple training partners. These partners bring expertise and resources in various specialized fields, significantly contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of the initiative.
RTPM aims to equip IT graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the rapidly evolving tech industry. The program not only enhances their technical capabilities but also provides mentorship and guidance to ensure successful job placements.
The development of the RTPM initiative is scheduled to be completed by the end of March 2025.
